The apartment is ideal for short-term rentals from a few weeks to several months, for example, during a move, a business trip, or while renovating your own home. It offers a flexible and comfortable temporary solution for a wide variety of life situations.

With approximately 60 m² of living space, the holiday apartment offers ample room for up to 5-6 people. Two spacious, tastefully furnished living and sleeping areas ensure restful nights and relaxing hours.
The separate, fully equipped fitted kitchen with additional pantry invites you to prepare culinary delights according to your wishes.
A spacious shower room and the large, covered terrace create a pleasant feel-good atmosphere – ideal for switching off and enjoying yourself.
For entertainment and connectivity, flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi are available – perfect for staying informed or harmoniously combining work and leisure when needed.
Bed linen and towels are provided. A washing machine can be used by prior arrangement.
